DIY Cheese Dome

I bought this cheese dome for $2 and the candle holder for a $1 at the thrift store. Look what I made. :)

    Wow, what a difference some paint can make! I would've passed right by those cheese domes at my local Goodwill! Now I'll have to keep an eye out for one ;)

    After seeing all those wonderful posts with cheese domes, I found one myself! Went and picked it up today. I paid $1 for the glass dome and 25 cents for the wood base! I'm so excited!!!:) You can see it here:
