One of my favorite cookies my grandma use to make are called Crack Jack Cookies. mmmmm they are soooo yummy!!!! I love the little crunch from the rice krispies and the coconut taste. I couldn't remember what the cookies were called and grandma had NO clue what I was talking about. lol Luckily one of my cousin knew which cookies I needed the recipe for and sent it to me. I made this a couple weeks ago. Art said they are his second favorite cookies.
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 C. flour
1 C. coconut
2 C. oatmeal
2 C. rice krispies

Mix all ingredients together, drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 12-15.
