Menu Monday

It is back on the weight loss wagon this week.  I am going to be making low cal meals this week.  Time to get these last 20 pounds off!   Art has been asking for meatloaf for a couple weeks.  I am going to make it with beef & ground turkey. The ground turkey will help reduce the fat and calories.

3. Turkey Burgers


5. 30 clove garlic chicken - Art is making this with cornish hens.

6. Chicken & Broccoli - we may eat this for lunch
