Today is day 13 of 30. I have made it
technically 12 days. Art gave me a free day on Sunday. It helped a lot. I needed a day to rest. I didn't complain or ask for a free day. He wrote it up like a contract. lol I was able to exercise for much longer at a faster pass on Monday. Only 17 more days to go!!!!
