We eat 15 grams of sugar or less and 6 servings of carbs per day. A carb equals 5-20 grams of carbohydrates. We eat the majority of proteins.
I have so much more energy. I don't require a cup of coffee to wake up. I haven't lost as fast as Art has and I have been stricter with myself. Isn't that the luck women have?
