Last Wednesday night I made lamp chops and garlic green beans for dinner. It turned out really good. I seasoned the lamb chops with kosher salt, pepper, garlic and italian seasoning. Barefoot Contessa made garlic green beans the other night on her cooking show. I made them from what I could remember. She blanched the green beans before she sauted them in olive oil and garlic. WOW did that make a difference. The flavor melted through the entire green beans.
