Loaded Bake Potato Soup

Loaded Bake Potato Soup

3 cups of milk
3 cups of chicken broth
8 medium potatoes
2/3 cup flour
1 heaping cup of cheese
1 pound of bacon
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch of green onions
salt & pepper to taste

Fry bacon in large pot. Remove bacon when done, but leave bacon grease. Stir in 2/3 cup of flour into bacon grease. Add milk, chicken broth, potatoes, half of green onions, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir in cheese, cream cheese and simmer for a couple minutes. Add remaining green onions and all the bacon to pot. I saved a little bacon and green onions to sprinkle over the top. Serve and enjoy!
