I feel like I have hardly cooked lately except for on Thanksgiving. Last week we ate food that I had froze previously and left over Thanksgiving food. I made shepherd's pie out of Thanksgiving leftovers that turned out AMAZING! I loved it with turkey instead of ground meat.
Here is what we will be eating this week.
1. Skinny Chicken Enchiladas
2. Cuban Pork Chops & Cilantro Rice
3. Vietnamese Shaking Beef
4. Apple Sausage and Fried Potatoes
I am using some recipes from Skinnytaste.com. I love the recipe on the blog because they have the calorie count. I then know exactly what to plan for the day calories wise. It also takes out all the manual calculating for me.
