Menu Monday

Last Thursday I met with my personal trainer. She had some suggestions to change up when I eat certain foods. This week is going to be a challenge on making dinners. I need to avoid carbs after lunch time.  Monday starts no more carbs after lunch time.

In no particular order:

Asain Meatballs and something
Fish and Kale
Meatless Chili
Chicken breasts and green beans
