Low Cal Food with lots of Flavor!

I have been trying recipes this past week from and I have LOVED everything.  Check out for great recipes that are low cal, but aren't lacking delicious taste!  Each meal is about 300 calories each and full of flavor!

You can eat this on your diet ! I wish we were closer we could diet and excersize together ! :-( all my friends are skinny !and runnin marathons :-( LOL I am tryin to walk or swim an hour a day and eat less !
