2. Vietnamese Shaking Beef - I never made this last week, so it's back on the menu. Last week was a very hot week and a couple nights we didn't cook.
3. Chicken Fajitas with organic peppers
4. Chicken Skewers with organic Bok Choy
5. Mexican Pizza - I have left over items from last week. We both really liked these, so I am going to make them again.
We are eating lots of chicken this week. I got a very good deal at Fresh & Easy for fresh chicken breasts.
