Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza

4 Whole Wheat Tortilla's
1 Tomato
1/4 cup Refried Beans
1/8 cup Water
1/2 Jalapeno
1 Green Onion
1/2 Small Onion
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
1/2 cup Salsa
1 tsp Oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place 2 tortillas on a cookie sheet & spread 1 tsp oil over tortillas.  Bake tortillas for about 5 minutes.  Place refried beans in a bowl along with water, onion, paprika and taco seasonings. Mix ingredients together.

Chop green onion, tomato and jalapeno in small pieces to sprinkle on top of pizza.  Once tortillas have baked spread 1/2 the refried bean mixture and 1/8 cup salsa on each of the tortilla. Place unused tortillas on top of refriend beans.  Spread salsa, sprinkle tomato, green onion, jalapeno and cheese on top of tortillas.   I also shredded 1 chicken breast and sprinkled it top. 

Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.  If you add chicken you will need to bake for about 15 minutes. I baked mine a little longer, so the cheese was brown. I wanted the pizza a little crispy.
