Talipia, Kale & Potatoes

I posted a recipe back in January for Golden Grilled Talipia.  Here are some pictures of our delish fish with sauted kale and fried potatoes. 

Kale is very easy to make.  Pour 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 cup of chopped onions & 1-2 garlic cloves into a pan. Saute the items together & then add your kale.  Saute for about 10 minutes and it's ready to go.
